The technology is suitable for almost all types of site.  To date, the greatest savings have been achieved on facilities with large lighting and office equipment loads, including motors, refrigeration and air-conditioning. Longer operating hours (high ‘load factor’) will maximise the savings made.

Increasingly, our clients are looking to install powerPerfector units in more specialist sites such as cold storage facilities, water treatment and pumping works and laboratories.  Sites with lower 'load diversity' (that is, fewer different types of electrical equipment) may see lower savings than a conventional office building or supermarket, but where voltage is higher than necessary and power quality is less than perfect, there is always an opportunity to make savings.
