The Tories have signed up to 10:10 promising to introduce a raft of new measures to cut government emissions by 10% within 12 months of taking office. Considerable inroads into improving energy efficiency and cutting CO₂ can already be seen by the 14 Government Agencies that are putting powerPerfector at the foundation of their energy efficiency programmes and averaging fixed savings of energy and emissions well in excess of 10%. Let's hope that best practice will be shared and the fantastic savings already achieved within government will continue across the estate making that promised target easily achievable.
