powerPerfector is at the forefront of green growth, and earlier this year, was named the fastest growing ‘green’ company at the annual Virgin Fast Track 100 awards. To date, the company has saved its clients over £100m in energy spend and 640,000 tonnes of carbon dioxide.
Mark Field MP said: “With the ability of its products to reduce energy consumption and carbon emissions alongside reductions in energy bills powerPerfector is exactly the sort of manufacturing organisation that this country needs to help us meet our financial growth targets.”
Voltage Power Optimisation (VPO)® optimises the incoming voltage on a site from the grid average of 242 volts to 220 volts. As a result, electrical equipment runs more efficiently, saving 11 per cent of electricity costs on average.
Angus Robertson, CEO said: “As a British company driving innovative manufacturing, we would like to help the Government show the world how great British manufacturing is.”
“Green growth is at the heart of the UK’s economic growth strategy, and is the subject of much global debate. As the world’s eye turns on Great Britain in 2012, powerPerfector will showcase the innovative steps British manufacturing is taking to help meet the climate change challenge the world faces.”
